Customers who have booked a meal plan

Please check in by 7:00 p.m.
If you are using the limited express train that departs from Asakusa Station at 5:00 p.m. and arrives at Kinugawa Onsen at 7:04 p.m, we will wait until 7:15p.m.
※We cannot prepare items after 7:15 p.m. Dinner will be abandonment.

チェックインは19:00までにお願い致します。
浅草駅17:00発、鬼怒川温泉19:04到着の特急電車をご利用の場合に限り、19:15までお待ち致します。
※19:15以降はご用意が出来ません。ご夕食は放棄扱いとさせていただきます。

*Customers who have rejected PC mail on their mobile phones, etc., please cancel the rejection setting.
*Emails received on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays may be answered on the next business day (weekdays) or within 2-3 days.
